The parts arrived a few days after placing the order and fitted perfectly

Ordered a part with them, courier company delivered elsewhere, informed those clowns they said to fill some ''no received parcel form'', and been waiting since them (Since 25/08/2022), looks like I lost my 30 quid!!!! Stay away, costumer service is worthless and sound like it is someone in some shed who knows nothing!!!! Stay away like the plague!!!!

Excellent service, fast delivery and very well packaged. Excellent quality part and very good communication through out transaction. Highly recommended seller. 5 Star service!

I am very disappointed about your service that you offer to your customers. This is not the first time when I experienced this issues. I can't use the app to make payment, parts from my order was replaced with wrong parts or different parts without be informed because the other parts wasn't in stocks, was delivered to me two different parts from the same brand, the customer representatives tell me that they will come back to to me with confirmation if my parts are suitable with my car according with VIN number and never come back to me, I tried to return some part and I followed the procedure and never ever not received back my money and a long list with other issues that I experienced.

Briefly, check for a part into autodoc, i found couple of them, start ordering and something happen with their payment link. I chat with someone and explain what was the issue, he send me another link which was broken again. So i deiced to use another method of payment, but what happen afterwards is the price item went up with 75 British pounds. I decide then to buy something alternative, and found another product which i check before buy if it fits, if is ok, they told me is ok and fit and i can order, so i pay and order, and today there is a new info on that product which says is OUT OF STOCK ahahha, OMG, i start chat again, and the guy from the support was lazy and rude, trying to convince me that the system was not updated at the time i was making the order.. what a joke. I knew i should stop order for ever from this website, as every time something is happening.

Placed an order coming to £165 and after two weeks waiting I contacted autodoc via their ridiculous msg system and was told my parts were delayed because they weren't in stock
(maybe inform your customers if part s not in stock before taking their money) and inform the customer the delivery will be late.
When package is finally delivered it's just left on my doorstep in a bush and subsequently stolen. More than a month later still waiting for refund, still waiting for communication from autodoc, they just keep fobbing me off saying they're waiting for an investigation from the courier company, who I have also contacted myself and who have admitted fault and to contact autodoc in regards to a refund, contact autodoc" we're waiting for confirmation from courier", contact courier "speak to autodoc", contact autodoc "waiting for courier, courier"speaktoautodoc,autodocwaitingforcourier,courier"speaktoautodoc

I purchased headlights for my car back in Jan of this year, and was sent l/h drive ones!!
Why? Because Autodoc say people in the UK occasionally buy l/h drive parts!
Very misleading company,using .co.uk address & union jack flag on checkout box. What would you think if ordering from them? parts for a UK car yeah? me too. Took them to European court but they refused to admit any liability, funny how they have now changed their website to now include a clear indication which market headlights are for, I wonder what prompted them to do that?!.
Meanwhile, I am £250 out of pocket & they are still proclaiming their innocence.
I would advise all to avoid this company.

Do not recommend!!! Waiting time is 2 weeks.recive wrong part and if you want to send it back need to fill some form first and YOU pay for courier to send part back Germany 🤦.Do not use them!!
